Boondocking
My husband and I have always been tent campers but recently we have discovered boondocking. We picked up a High Altitude Trailer last spring and it has been a game changer. We absolutly love it. It is small and burly, so it can go almost anywhere yet it doesn't feel like we are giving up the outdoor experience we crave.
The High Altitude Trailer is solar operated and comes complete with an outdoor kitchen, an outdoor shower with hotwater on demand, a Dometic solar powered cooler, tons of storage, and thule racks. The shower can be hooked up to any water source by simply attaching a hose and running it to a river, lake or bucket of water. The interior is simple with a comfortable sleeping area and wood cabinetry. It is big enough for two adults, a child, and two dogs. The High Altitude website has a gallery here you can check out.
